Claude Toolbox Terms of Services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Claude Toolbox Chrome extension ("Extension") provided by Infi Developments ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Extension.

Description of Service

The Claude Toolbox Chrome extension ("Extension") is a browser extension that enhances your Claude AI experience with features like search, bookmarking, and export capabilities. The Extension is offered in two tiers: a free Basic plan and an optional paid Lifetime plan.

Payment and Pricing

The Extension offers a free Basic plan with limited features and an optional Lifetime plan for $30 (one-time payment).
The Lifetime plan provides permanent access to all Pro features with no recurring billing or subscription fees.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future purchases, though existing Lifetime plan holders will not be affected by price changes.

Lifetime License Terms

A "Lifetime License" or "Lifetime Plan" refers to a perpetual license allowing users to use all Pro features of the Extension for as long as it remains operational and publicly accessible.
A Lifetime License does not ensure perpetual service availability and is valid only as long as the Extension is maintained and active.
Lifetime License holders are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase as outlined in our Refund Policy. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided if the Extension is discontinued, significantly modified, or becomes non-operational.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the extension.
We assume no responsibility for any errors, issues, omissions, or damage caused by the use of the extension.

No Guarantee of Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or functionality of the extension.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the extension at any time without notice or liability.

Modifications and Updates

We may modify these terms, the extension's functionality, or any other aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the extension after any modifications signifies acceptance of those changes.

Third-Party Dependence

The functionality of the extension depends on third-party platforms and policies, including those of Google, which may change outside our control.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from changes to third-party platforms or policies.

Limited Support

Support for the extension is offered at our discretion and may be limited or discontinued at any time.

Data Handling and Privacy

The Extension operates with a privacy-first approach. All your data (conversations, bookmarks, settings) is stored locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.
The only external communication the Extension makes is to Polar (our payment provider) for payment processing and license verification when you purchase the Lifetime plan.
We are not liable for data loss associated with your use of the extension. We recommend backing up important conversations by using the export feature.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the extension at any time, for any reason, without liability.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the extent necessary so that these terms remain enforceable and in full force.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the extension, superseding any prior agreements.
By using the Claude Toolbox Chrome extension, you acknowledge that you have read these terms of service, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
